Australia is pulling 200 troops out of East Timor.
Troop numbers in the country were increase after an attempted assassination of President Jose Ramos-Horta.
The withdrawal will reduce Australia's troop commitment in East Timor to 750.
Australia says the reduction reflects the improved security situation following the attack.
