British Prime Minister Tony Blair has admitted that announcing he's quitting his post this year has created "uncertainty" for the Government.
In an interview with a Sunday newspaper, Blair said he didn't want to get kicked out of power like Margaret Thatcher.
He also refused to rule out the possibility of a Conservative win the next general election.
