Gordon Brown has urged all sides in the Darfur crisis to get involved in talks aimed at ending the hostilities.
The discussions, which began this weekend in Libya, have been hampered after Sudanese rebel leaders refused to take part.
The British Prime Minister said that the Government will consider imposing further sanctions unless progress is made towards resolving the conflict.
