Calls for winter-time to change

This morning's change of clocks between seasons is prompting calls for a revamp of the system in the home of GMT.
It is being suggested the UK should stay an hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time in the winter and two hours ahead in the summer.
Safety campaigners there say a shake-up would mean lighter evenings and fewer car crashes and fewer deaths on the roads.
