Controlled explosion outside hospital treating terror suspect

A controlled explosion was carried out earlier today at the hospital where a suspect in yesterday's failed terror attack is being treated.

Bomb disposal experts carried out the procedure in the car park of the Alexandria Hospital in Paisley.

The man is receiving treatment for severe burns.

And the search for clues is continuing as a house close to Glasgow Airport is now being searched.
