Diplomatic crisis looming over poisoned ex-spy

A diplomatic crisis is brewing between Britain and Russia after an ex-KGB spy died in London.

Northern Ireland Secretary Peter Hain's accused President Putin of attacks on liberty and democracy.

Alexander Litvinenko was poisoned by radioactive polonium.

Traces of the substance have been found at a Sushi bar he went to in London.
