Drop off zones planned for illegal guns in UK but no amnesty

Following the shooting of Rhys Jones, plans to crackdown on illegal guns are being considered in the UK.

The Home Secretary has said informants could be able to tip off the police anonymously and drop off zones where weapons can be handed in may be set up.

However, there won't be an amnesty.
