Polls show Putin winning more than 60% of votes

President Vladimir Putin's party has won more than 60% of the vote in Russia's parliamentary election, according to early official results.
The scale of this majority would give Mr Putin authority to retain political power.
He's indicated he may take on a new role as Prime Minister when his presidential term ends next year.
According to an exit poll, the Communists trailing far behind with 11.5%.
A total of eleven parties are competing for places in the lower house of Parliament, the Duma.
