Questions over stories sold by captured British military

There is increasing pressure on the British Government to reveal who gave permission for military personnel captured in Iran to sell their stories.
A committee of MPs has described the decision as a disturbing failure of judgement.
The sailors and marines were taken prisoner in March for allegedly straying into Tehran's waters.
