Russian officials want to travel to Britain for Litvinenko case

Russian detectives investigating the murder of Alexander Litvinenko want to extend their investigation to the UK.

They have requested permission to travel to Britain to question potential witnesses.

The former KGB spy was poisoned with radioactive polonium two-ten in London last year.
