Voting begins in Russian parliamentary elections

Voting's has started in Russia's parliamentary elections.

President Vladimir Putin's thought to be on course for a landslide victory.

Among the more controversial candidates hoping to enter the country's lower house is Andrei Lugovoi.

He's suspected by Scotland Yard of killing former KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko in London last year.
