The Afghan President, Hamid Karzai, has survived an attempt on his life.
He came under rocket fire as he made a speech at a government building southwest of Kabul.
Government officials said nobody was injured, and Mr Karzai went on to finish his speech.
He was talking to elders and residents of the Andar district about the building of roads and hospitals in the area when the attack happened.
The Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack.
This is the third assassination attempt on Hamid Karzai since he became president.
