Iraqi army officers have leave cancelled amid fears of further violence

Iraq's defence minister has cancelled all leave for all army officers, fearing violence after Sunday's expected announcement of a verdict in the trial of Saddam Hussein.

Soldiers who are on holiday are being asked to return.

A curfew is also being considered.
