Bush's plans hampered as storm brews

Hurricane Gustav has forced George Bush to re-think his plans for this week's Republican National Convention.

The US President is now unlikely to travel to Minnesota on Monday.

Gustav has weakened over the Gulf of Mexico to a Category Three storm - but forecasters fear it will regain strength.

Many roads out of New Orleans are gridlocked as a massive evacuation continues.
