Nelly predicts German cup advance

Elephants are not the most predictable of animals, but one pachyderm has been firm in her predictions for one of the crucial Football World Cup semi-finals.

Nelly, known as the "oracle" elephant, uses a topical method of kicking a ball into a goal representing the team she thinks will lose - and this time around, it's not good news for the South Americans.

Nelly' predicted it will be Germany advancing to the final, but considering her home is the Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen, near Hanover, she may be slightly biased.
