Rocker Ronnie Wood is set to get married for a third time - to a theatre producer 31 years his junior.
The 65-year-old Rolling Stones star will tie the knot with Sally Humphries, 34, whom he has been dating for around six months.
A spokesman for the guitarist confirmed: "Ronnie is engaged to Sally."
Wood, who has battled addiction to drink and drugs, split up with second wife Jo, 57, in 2008, after he left his wife of more than 20 years for 21-year-old former cocktail waitress Ekaterina Ivanova.
His divorce from Jo was finalised last year. His first marriage, from 1971 to 1978, was to Krissy Findlay, the mother of Jesse, one of his four children.
Second wife Jo recently auctioned off items from their marriage, sparking a dispute with the guitarist who said his Rolling Stones tour outfits were not hers to sell.
The band recently played their first live concert in five years in front of 350 fans in Paris. They have been criticised for charging £375 for tickets for gigs at London's O2 Arena to mark their 50th anniversary.
A source told The Sun that Wood popped the question after securing his financial future with the forthcoming Rolling Stones gigs.
"Ronnie and Sally have been friends a long time. He always had an eye for her but she was in a relationship," the source said.
"They've been inseparable for months and he decided to tie the knot again. Keith Richards has been laughing about it. He's sick of buying him wedding presents."
