Teenage girl rescued from dog-flap

A 15-year-old girl who became stuck in a dog-flap after being locked out of her home has been rescued by firefighters

Firefighters have freed a 15-year-old girl who became stuck in a dog-flap after being locked out of her home.

Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said the teenager was released by a crew at a property in Malvern after a single call requesting assistance at 5.40pm tonight.

A brigade spokeswoman said the incident was safely concluded by 5.59pm and the teenager was then checked over by paramedics as a precaution.
