Thieves have stolen three large clothing banks from an industrial estate.

The green banks, which were on board three hook loader lorries, were taken from Devizes in Wiltshire overnight.

Officers believe the lorries, two Mercedes and one DAF, headed off in convoy from the Hatchery Garden industrial estate in the direction of Avebury.

It is not known whether the clothing banks, which were taken between 7pm yesterday and 5.30 this morning, were full or empty.

A spokesman for Wiltshire Police said: "Anyone who may have seen these vehicles or who has any information on their whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101."
