A long established Belfast estate agency has merged with letting experts to form a new company.

Brian Morton & Co has joined forces with Pinpoint Property to form Morton Pinpoint.

The men behind the merged business have 40 years' experience between them.

Colin Barkley began his career with Brian Morton in 1973, while Nicholas Brennan established Pinpoint Property in 1998.

"Brian Morton is a long established residential sales agency in north Belfast and Pinpoint Property is a recognised leader in the lettings and estate management market," said Mr Barkley.

"We wanted to combine that know-how to create a comprehensive full service agency."

"In the face of stiffer competition, a dynamic marketplace and technological advancement, estate agents need to deliver real added value to the customer experience."

It is the perfect partnership, according to Mr Brennan.

He said: "Brian Morton & Co is a legacy brand and Pinpoint Property is a young, vibrant company. Our services and expertise complement each other nicely. Together we have a strong track record across the board."

Morton Pinpoint employs 20 people across its two offices in north and south Belfast, with plans to expand its operations in the near future.
