Advisory firm Cubic3 opens new offices in UK cities

A Northern Ireland infrastructure advisory firm has opened offices in London and Edinburgh.

Cubic3 advises investors on financial and commercial aspects for large infrastructure and social accommodation projects.

The firm works with private and public sector clients in significant investments of over £100m to £5bn. Its bases include Belfast, Dublin and Madrid.

Cubic3 expects to work on UK projects in waste, healthcare, education, transport and renewables.

Roger Alexander, managing director of Cubic3, said the company found business was dropping in Ireland north and south.

"Many of our clients and partners are working globally and we now aim to focus on some of the larger procurements to lever our commercial and financial expertise,'' he said.

Projects in Northern Ireland include the South West Hospital and the Belfast Metropolitan city centre campus. It is also involved in a new waste project with the Quinn Group.
