Bushmills has launched its new bottle following a £1.75m investment in redesign by parent company Diageo. The new bottle goes on sale in Northern Ireland in November and globally in March next year.

New features include the embossing of its original 1608 licence to distil and some international whiskey medals it has won.

Supply director Gordon Donoghue said: “We have been making whiskey in the Bushmills area for over 400 years. All of that skill, knowledge and expertise has been poured lovingly back into the whiskey to make Bushmills the best it can be.”
