Hi °C | Lo °C A car dealer has been fined £1,000 for selling a clocked car. Roy Martin Smiley, who traded as CT Autos at Doagh Road in Newtownabbey, sold a car with a mileage of 75,000.
A consumer bought it and found it had mileage of at least 165,700.
