The Northern Ireland Institute of Directors has held its annual dinner in Belfast.
Guest speaker at the event in City Hall was Sháá Wasmun.
Described as "a true entrepreneur", Wasmun has set up multiple businesses including her own PR and Marketing company, where James Dyson was one of her first clients.
In 1999 she was a founding director of Sir Bob Geldof’s travel company deckchair.com and in 2000 set up her own venture mykindaplace.com, which was subsequently sold to BskyB. Shaa is the founder and brainchild behind Smarta, a revolutionary social enterprise to transform business support in the UK.
