Laverty adds cream liquer to Danny Boy range

Ingrid Mc Manus and Leanne Dickson help Peter Laverty to launch his Danny Boy Irish cream liqueur

Lottery winner Peter Laverty has introduced Danny Boy Irish cream liqueur to  Cooley Distillery's portfolio of drinks.

Last year he unveiled his whiskey called Danny Boy whiskey which picked the company up two UK awards silver medals for both the premium blend and the 15-year-old malt whiskey. The  whiskey product has been exported to 13 states in America and is sold in Sainburys Ireland and will also be on sale in the Belfast Internatial and Dublin Airports next month.

Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness presented the President of the United States Barack Obama with a bottle of the 15 year old Malt whiskey on St Patrick's Day at the White House this year and the most recent high profile recipient of a bottle of Peter's 15-year-old malt was well known whiskey connaisseur and Hollywood movie star Liam Neeson.

In 1996 Belfast bus driver Peter Lavery became the biggest National Lottery winner in Northern Ireland after winning £10,248,233.
