I worked for Diageo for 13 years across the globe, managing brands such as Budweiser and the world famous Guinness brand, and then moved to RHM Ireland as marketing and commercial director to broaden my skill base.
My inspiration to set up Vision has always been part of a plan from my early 20s. I always wanted to work for myself eventually but knew I needed sufficient experience across a range of different sectors to be credible in the business arena.
I had also just had my first baby and wanted a lot more flexibility to allow a good work/life balance and that would have been impossible in my previous role.
Vision initially focused on brand consultancy and the network I'd built up over the years proved invaluable in getting introductions and business.
My offering has now evolved from purely brand to overall business consultancy and I'm looking forward to launching my new website www.visionbusinessconsultancy.com which reflect this evolution.
Over the past year a significant proportion of my time has been spent helping companies secure funding from banks and government bodies to help them expand.
I get an immense amount of satisfaction helping these companies secure the resources they need to grow and I have built a loyal client base who know I care about them.
