Hi °C | Lo °C THE owner of Chef -amp; Brewer and Fayre -amp; Square pubs has reported a further drop in profits and announced details of its plans to split the business. Profits fell 8.4% to £26m in the six months to March 5 as its leased division saw a 7% decline in like-for-like net income. The group announced plans to split its Spirit managed pubs division.
