The World Police and Fire Games, the third largest multi-sport event in the world, is providing local landlords and property owners with a golden opportunity to boost their short-term letting income next summer. The Games will take place in Belfast and selected venues throughout Northern Ireland from August 1-10 2013 attracting over 10,000 athletes and an additional 15,000 visitors which exceeds the current tourist accommodation capacity.
