ArcelorMittal, the world's largest steelmaker, has slashed its dividend after sliding to a third quarter loss on the back of a slowdown in China.
The company reported that it made a $709m (£441.6m) loss during the July-September period in contrast to last year's equivalent profit of $659m (£410.4m).
