Tuesday, 7 February 2012
Willis Group will occupy two floors in the Bedford Street building, joining high-profile tenants like RTE, Irish Nationwide Building Society and stockbrokers Investec.
Robert Toland of joint letting agents DTZ McCombe Pierce said: "Willis were looking for a statement building and Centrepoint is just that."
Des Taggart of the Conway Group, which owns the building, said: "We are delighted to welcome another high-profile tenant to the Centrepoint building - the aim at Centrepoint was to create and offer high-quality grade A office accommodation to attract tenants of the calibre of the Willis Group, the Financial Times, RTE and Irish Nationwide - we are succeeding in that goal."
Centrepoint is a 36,000 sq ft, 10-storey building at the junction of Bedford Street and Ormeau Avenue, opposite BBC Broadcasting House.
William Stewart of Whelan Commercial Ltd acted for Willis.
