Global insurance broker Willis Group is set to move into new premises at one of Belfast's most prominent office schemes.

Willis Group will occupy two floors in the Bedford Street building, joining high-profile tenants like RTE, Irish Nationwide Building Society and stockbrokers Investec.

Robert Toland of joint letting agents DTZ McCombe Pierce said: "Willis were looking for a statement building and Centrepoint is just that."

Centrepoint is a 36,000 sq ft, 10-storey building at the junction of Bedford Street and Ormeau Avenue, opposite BBC Broadcasting House.
