Apple fined for misleading ads

AN Australian judge has fined Apple more than $2.2m (£1.4m) for misleading customers that its latest iPad was compatible with the next generation 4G broadband network. It was ruled the US firm misled the public with ads implying the iPad could connect directly to the 4G network operated by Telstra. However it could not.
