Bartenders urged to get in mix for Hennessy scholarship
Northern Ireland's best bartenders are being asked to put their skills to the test for the chance to win a scholarship with Hennessy.
Winners of the Hennessy Connoisseurs Challenge receive a trip to Cognac in France to visit Maison Hennessy and Chateau Bagnolet, where they will receive training with a master blender of the famous Cognac.
Previous winners - drawn from top Belfast venues including Muriel's, The Albany and the Merchant Hotel - said the competition was "one of the most exciting opportunities available to bartenders in Northern Ireland".
The Hennessy brand is owned locally by Dillon Bass.
Entries are open for this year's competition and must be submitted today at www.hennessyni.com
