Hundreds of beer fans have packed into a former Victorian-era church in Belfast for a top beer and food festival.

The ABV Festival was organised by three beer fans, including Michael Kerr, Felicia Matheson and Darren Nugent.

Some of the UK, Ireland and Europe's top beers were on show at the weekend, alongside food producers Farm & Food, Pizza Vantastica and Newtownards-based Mike's Fancy Cheese.

Following the event, organisers said: "We've closed that beautiful door to Carlisle Memorial Church after an amazing two days of great beer, great people and great fun."

Now in its second year, ABV brings top brewers to a city venue with history, having been previously held at the former Harland & Wolff drawing offices.
