Two Belfast marketing firms that count big-name businesses such as Expedia among their clients have merged.

3Sixty Create's merger with The Tomorrow Lab, part of the Pierce Partnership, results in a combined portfolio that includes Lunn's Jewellers, Lynas Foods and Linwoods.

Adrian Allen, who founded 3Sixty Create, will now become managing director of the firm.

The new business, based in Belfast, will trade under The Tomorrow Lab name and sit within the Pierce group of companies, and the firm will have a workforce of 18 staff.

Robert Pierce, group managing director of the Pierce Partnership, said: "I have no doubt that Adrian's outstanding leadership skills will enable The Tomorrow Lab to go from strength to strength".

Adrian Allen, who heads up The Tomorrow Lab, added: "Both companies had strong ambitions to grow across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and in Great Britain, and we felt that combining our complementary businesses would enable us to realise that more quickly".
