The Waterloo Ball, the largest charity fundraising event of its kind staged in Ireland, has already raised £125,000 - and the money is still rolling in.
The event - held in a huge marquee at Shaw's Bridge - is raising funds for The Lord's Taverners and The Energy Charitable Fund for Children run by Phoenix Natural Gas.
The all-star bill included legendary singer Tony Christie, top Abba tribute band Bjorn Again and the Red Hot Chilli Pipers.
Among the celebrities lending the event their support were Who Wants To Be A Millionaire presenter Chris Tarrant, cartoonist Bill Tidy, former England cricket captain Mike Gatting and former Coronation Street actor Charlie Lawson.
The event is staged ever two years and is reputed to be the biggest corporate charity fund-raising event of its type held in Ireland.
