Boojum prepares to increase Belfast presence
Belfast's love affair with a Mexican-style fast food chain is continuing, as Boojum prepares to open two new restaurants with a possible 100 new jobs.
The burrito giant, now owned by brothers David and Andrew Maxwell, is opening up on the Lisburn Road, close to Marks & Spencer.
And it will also be competing with major names in convenience dining like Pizza Express and noodle chain Wagamama when talks are finalised to secure a unit at Victoria Square Shopping Centre.
Boojum already has three restaurants in Belfast, on Great Victoria Street, Chichester Street and Botanic Avenue.
