British boss joins Apple's turnover

A British retail high-flier credited with reviving PC World and Currys has left his dream job at Apple after six months.

Former Dixons boss John Browett's exit comes after he joined in April to head up its global store chain. Mr Browett was reportedly awarded a "golden hello" worth up to $56m (£36m).
