Advanced manufacturers in Northern Ireland such as bus builder Wrights Group achieved sales of over £7bn in 2014, a report has said.

Economy Minister Simon Hamilton praised the sector for its economic contribution as he addressed the launch of the MATRIX Advanced Manufacturing, Materials and Engineering report.

This month, the minister congratulated Wrights Group as Queen's University opened a research technology centre named after founder Dr William Wright.
