A new cafe operator is being sought to feed hungry workers at one of the city's newest office blocks.

Belfast Harbour Commissioner is looking for a food and drink business for the ground floor of City Quays 2 on Clarendon Road.

The high-end office block is part of the Harbour's massive City Quays development on Clarendon Road. The £20m office block is due to be finished around the middle of next year. City Quays 1 is already home to US law firm Baker and McKenzie, as well as technoloy firms BRS Golf and Cayan. A Marriott Hotel is also being built as part of the City Quays development, and is due to open in 2018.

Agents Osborne King say they are seeking an operator "to provide a service to occupiers at City Quays 2 as well as occupiers of adjacent buildings and general public".
