A Co Antrim couple has invested over £50,000 in a new app, with the creation of five jobs.

OhhSocial has been set up by husband and wife team Michael and Kelly McClements with the aim of helping to boost the growth of the hospitality and leisure industry.

The app features buy one, get one free offers from businesses involved in dining, leisure, health and beauty, and kids' activities.

And the couple have revealed they've already joined forces with 50 businesses which will offer deals through the app.

Mr McClements said: "Businesses will be able to benefit from reaching a new audience who are keen to try new things.

"By attracting new customers through a digital platform with great offers, businesses will be able to build on their new audience and up-sell other products and services.

"Our unique GPS system will allow customers to find partner venues with offers in their area and when they are out and about enjoying our great leisure and hospitality industry."
