Concerns over 'personal financial crisis' as staff bring money worries to work
Most workers are wasting time worrying about their finances, according to a new study.
Some adults are taking time off work because of financial stress and end up losing sleep, said a report by finance provider Neyber.
A survey of 10,000 workers found that two out of three believed their employer did not care about their financial well-being, but few would ask their manager for money advice.
More than two out of three worried about their finances while at work, which was often affecting their performance and relationship with colleagues.
"This research demonstrates the depth of the personal financial crisis that is being experienced by working people across the UK", said Monica Kalia, co-founder of Neyber.
