A purpose-built conference centre with flexible meeting spaces make the Clayton Hotel in the heart of Belfast an ideal venue for conferences, board meetings, recruitment days and classroom-style training.

The state-of-the-art meeting facility features nine spacious rooms which equate to 800 sq m of dedicated event space in total, and includes two large flexible conference and banqueting suites accommodating up to 550 delegates.

Each of the meeting rooms has been named after ships built by the famous Harland and Wolff shipyard and each has built-in AV equipment and climate control, with the majority of rooms offering natural daylight.

In addition to meeting rooms, the conference centre includes its own reception and breakout area which can be used for catering or networking.

Complimentary wi-fi, built-in AV equipment, scenic lighting, individual climate control, water and confectionery, flip charts and stationery, and specially designed chairs for conferences lasting up to eight hours are also provided.

The hotel's restaurant and event catering facilities offer locally sourced ingredients expertly cooked by highly trained chefs.

An all-day tea and coffee station with dried seeds, dried fruit, nuts, fresh fruit bowl, and freshly baked cookies is also available.

The Olympic ballroom, which can seat 550 people, has its own PA system, wall-mounted plasma screens and bar area, making it perfect for informal catering, exhibition stands and networking.

Delegates can be accommodated in 170 bedrooms and enjoy access to Club Vitae leisure facilities including a gym, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi.
