Published 16/06/2015

Leaders in the digital technology industry will be arriving in Londonderry this month for a two-day conference.

Digital Derry is aimed at companies who want to expand what they can do digitally and boost their businesses and promises a packed programme of talks at the North West Regional College on June 24 and 25.

The conference is being organised by Derry City and Strabane District Council through its Growing the Digital Economy Programme.

Derry City and Strabane District Mayor Elisha McCallion said:"Our digital infrastructure is second to none, so it's a fantastic opportunity for budding entrepreneurs and established businesses to benefit from the wealth of expertise and support available to assist in boosting their business."

Rosalind Young, manager of the Growing the Digital Economy Programme, said: "The north as a whole has a fantastic digital offering in terms of infrastructure and expertise, so we want to support local enterprises in enhancing their digital profile and gaining access to new markets."

The programme opens on June 24 with a series of talks by high-profile guest speakers from locations like Silicon Valley, New York, and London. To find out how to sign up for the Digital Derry Conference register now at www.Get
