Discover exciting way forward of IT systems at festival

The Intelligent Systems Summit & Science Festival starts today at The Venue in Londonderry.

The free exhibition is designed to showcase the practical application of intelligent systems and the organisers said it will be an engaging and fun festival of science, technology and engineering through practical and interactive demonstrations in the latest technology breakthroughs.

Professor Martin McGinnity, director of the ISRC, said the event offered attendees a "wonderful opportunity to discover how IT systems of the future will become ever more intelligent, more self-organising, more self-adapting and, crucially, how these new systems will impact upon our lives".

The festival runs from 5pm to 8pm tonight and from 1pm to 8pm tomorrow.
