Disqualified: Northern Ireland company boss who owed £460,503
The Department for the Economy has accepted a disqualification undertaking from the director of a plant hire business in Northern Ireland
The undertaking was received for six years from Michael Fleville (69) of Derrytrasna Road, Lurgan in respect of his conduct as director of Michael Fleville & Sons Plant Hire.
The civil engineering works and plant hire business entered liquidation on July 18, 2014 with estimated debts of £460,503.
The department accepted the disqualification "based failure to co-operate with the liquidators and drawing remuneration significantly" in excess of what the company could afford to pay.
