A scheme to dramatically improve the street environment of Belfast city centre has been named RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Northern Ireland Project of the Year for 2012.
The £28 million Belfast Streets Ahead scheme, which also won the RICS Northern Ireland Regeneration category at the event in the Great Hall, Queen's University, Belfast, claimed the overall Project of the Year title.
