Four Star Pizza on the hunt for staff and franchisees
Four Star Pizza owner Scott Higginson shows Sarah McDonald how to become a certified 'doughologist' at his Carrickfergus store.
It takes months of training to become a Four Star Pizza-maker, according to Brian Clarke from the firm.
"The art of making the perfect pizza dough isn't as easy as you might think to get right - in fact, it takes five months of kneading and mixing to become a Four Star Pizza doughologist," he said.
"It is a mark of dedication to quality that sets us apart from everyone else in the market."
The company, which now has 12 stores in Northern Ireland, said it was always on the lookout for new franchisees and staff, with more information available by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
