Gender gap in spotlight at UU

The issue of a lack of women at executive level in the public sector was highlighted at a University of Ulster Business School event this week. Judith Gillespie, Deputy Chief Constable of the PSNI, gave the keynote address.

The gender gap issue is subject of a comprehensive research project by the Ulster Business School.
