Gurkhas 'most self-reliant' in UK

A study on Gurkha resettlement has revealed that Gurkhas are the most economically active and self-reliant social group in Britain.

Research, funded by the South East Strategic Partnership for Migration, follows controversy over claims by a Tory MP the Nepalese veterans were causing a burden on services in certain areas.
