Lloyds to slash another 300 jobs
BANKING giant Lloyds has announced it is to cut another 3 jobs, taking the total jobs lost to 27,5 in two years. Unite expressed anger at the latest news, saying it will hit an office in Bridgend, South Wales, which is to close. National officer David Fleming said: "This decision will devastate the local workforce." Lloyds Group was formed in 29 with the HBOS merger.
