Londonderry pub among commercial properties on market
A Londonderry city centre pub has gone on sale.
Mason's Bar at Magazine Street in the city is being sold off by commercial property firm Osborne King.
In addition, the sale of the bar also includes an adjoining commercial property on Castle Street.
It's being marketed as "a unique licensed" opportunity within the city's famous walls. The bar remains trading.
Meanwhile, Osborne King is also letting a former water pump house in Co Armagh.
The 522 sq ft property is situated on the west bank of the River Bann at Francis Street, Portadown.
It's being marketed as a cafe or restaurant opportunity for potentially interested parties.
The property is also being let by public tender.
And a three-storey building in Belfast has also gone on sale. It's based at University Road in the south of the city.
